HACKS TO SAVE DATA ON POPULAR APPS :







Many end up exhausting plenty of data on mobile apps every day,which leaves a big dent on the pocket when the mobile bill is generated. a.) GOOGLE CHROME:


   Google has their own data compression solution which is pretty easy to handle; it's a feature built into the Google Chrome app itself and works in Chrome. So, you will only get the benefits of data compression when browsing with Chrome.


b.) FACEBOOK:



   Facebook, one of the most popular social media sites, appears to be doing their part to save people data well with a new toggle switch found in the Android app. Head to the right side-bar menu within the app, and if you see a "use less data" option showing at the top, tap on that to enter the setting and enable the toggle switch.



c.) YOUTUBE:



   Youtube users in India cam download videos overnight within the mobile app with the 'Smart offline' feature by taking advantage of cheaper or discounted data packs available during late night hours or non-peak hours. Note that the feature works on cellular data and not on Wi-Fi networks.



d.) WHATSAPP:




   The popular app users up lot of data with the amount of content, images and videos, doenloaded through it. Turn off the auto downloading of media easily to save data. Under settings, there is a data usage menu which lets you customize the downloading when you are using up mobile data, WiFi or when you are 'roaming' out of your home network.
